Most organizations do not know how many HP Printers they have and where they are located. In addition, most have no idea how many toner cartridges are used and what they cost. Finally, there is no visibility on the cost of hourly service calls and associated parts.

Allister is now offering a new program called Managed Print Services (MPS). We will audit your printer fleet to determine numbers, usage and location. We will determine current costs for cartridges and service and identify an on-going cost per page. Then, we will offer a program to reduce current costs, optimize utilization of the current print fleet and provide a single source to handle your print needs. Only one invoice per month is issued to simplify cost tracking and reduction of administrative costs.
