The pace of change continues to accelerate for all the products we
supply. With the acceptance of digital technology, the term copier
has been replaced with multi-functional peripheral (MFP). These units now scan,
print, fax, email and interface directly with document management
and disaster recovery systems. They may also be networked or utilize
intelligent controllers to drive multiple devices in order to achieve
output rates of 500 or more prints per minute and are available with
capabilities for black and white, or full color.
We are now offering a new product called Managed Print Services (MPS). Allister performs an audit of the printer fleet to determine numbers, usage and location. Current costs for cartridges and product service are analyzed to determine the cost of ownership. We are then able to provide cost savings for these items while greatly reducing administrative expenses. The $500 fee for this assessment is currently being waved.
Our Professional Services Division now offers complete document management and disaster
recovery systems. We can design, program, implement, and support systems
for small offices to enterprise-wide solutions. Network services and
associated training is also available.
